  My Approach

I believe nourishing our bodies with proper nutrition, movement, and a healthy mindset is something we should all understand, achieve and be able to maintain to reduce our risk of rising chronic degenerative diseases, slow aging and live a boundless, fulfilling life. 

By nourishing ourselves with a supportive diet, and a balanced lifestyle we can be at our best well-being, have the energy to do the things we love and show up bigger where it matters most.

I am a CSNN Registered Holistic Nutritionist and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I began my practice consulting on nutrition following my graduation at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2014

I have always been passionate about fitness and even more fascinated by nutrition. Before committing to a formal nutrition education, I grew up constantly searching for answers to support my lifestyle better and overcome personal mental and physical health barriers. 

Following a few years of consulting on nutrition only, I decided to add movement sessions into my practice. I became certified as a Personal Trainer. I knew I needed to include movement in my practice, but simply calling what I do personal training feels limiting, I donโ€™t work like a regular PT. I will help you improve your movement patterns and your mindset around movement, much beyond counting reps and sets. I am well versed in natural movement, strength training, body longevity, joint mobility, connecting breath to movement. I encourage listening to your body, I do my best to make fitness fun and can find ways to make my clients enjoy exercise by working with their strengths and improving movement blocks. I am very much a proponent of cycle syncing with my female clients.

There is an overwhelming amount of information and advice on health everywhere these days, and some from very unqualified people, unfortunately. Along with endless diet fads and conflicting ideas about what to eat and how to exercise to lose weight, I understand it can be very confusing and this is where I want to help clear things up!

I believe there is no one perfect diet or exercise that will work for all bodies. We are unique and all have various lifestyle and genetic factors which effect our needs and abilities. A holistic approach to health involves assessing individuals as their unique whole, finding the root cause of issues and imbalances, beginning to support them there to achieve balance and improve health.
