BBQ Hot Wing Chicken Thighs

BBQ season is here!!!

Try these simple bbq’d “hot wing” chicken thighs

delicious thrown together right before grilling or marinated the day before 

I love prepping them for camping trips, we just made a big batch for meals this week paired with a fresh greek salad bulked up with quinoa and artichoke hearts

leftovers of this chicken are great as is, I just love it cold, but you could also reheat it!

leftovers can also be added to wraps, or salads etc

“Hot wing” Chicken Marinade:

1 tbsp melted grass fed butter (salted) 

1.5 tsp garlic powder

a few shakes of cayenne powder (more for extra spice)

1/4 cup franks original hot sauce

6 - 8 small boneless skinless chicken thighs

Method:

Whisk together marinade ingredients in large bowl, add boneless skinless chicken thighs, toss to cover and allow to sit for 15 min + or overnight before grilling to the perfect internal temperature of 165f!
